One on One Personal Training offers you intense and varied workouts that are focused solely on you and your fitness needs. With Personal Training you’ll have a motivated and dedicated exercise professional by your side for every minute of your workout, this allows for a more guided and technical approach to your training and gives you and your trainer the time and space to ensure you are performing every exercise safely and effectively.

Each Personal Trainer is highly experienced in a wide range of training methods including Boxing and Mixed Martial Arts (MMA), Cross Training, Cardio Endurance and Interval Training, Bodybuilding, Strength and Flexibility.
Every workout and diet plan will be designed specifically for you, all aimed at helping you achieve your goals fast – from weight loss to building and toning muscle, conditioning, strength or rehabilitation. For those unsure about jumping into group exercise, those that are new to physical training, those with specific needs (be it sport related or injury related) or just those that want that little extra motivation and assistance then Emperor Fitness’ Personal Training is the way to go. All of our personal trainers are highly qualified, experienced and passionate and will be there every step of the way on the journey to the new you!

Our Personal Trainers operate across all of Sydney, our main locations being Bondi, Rushcutters Bay, Maroubra, North Sydney, Redfern, Pyrmont, the CBD and the Inner West.
