GROUP EXERCISE

Emperor Fitness runs group exercise classes in the Eastern Suburbs, Rozelle, Pyrmont and Belmore Park CBD for just $25 per week. Our classes are run by the best personal trainers Sydney has to offer, all of whom specialize in all types and styles of fitness training, from Boxing to Power and Strength Training, Cardio Conditioning, Muscle Toning and Weight Loss. Our group sessions are open to people of all ages and fitness levels, from first-time exercisers to elite athletes, and you will be helped every step of the way by our personal trainers.

Emperor Fitness runs group fitness classes in Belmore Park, Sydney CBD (just across the road from Sydney Central Station), Brett Park in Rozelle, the Eastern Suburbs and Pyrmont for just $25 per week. Our classes are run by the best personal trainers Sydney has to offer. People of all fitness levels are able to undertake our group training classes and you will be helped every step of the way by our personal trainers.

TYPES OF FITNESS CLASSES

BOOTCAMP

A combination of resistance and cardio training that will get your whole body working. It’s challenging, enjoyable and a great way to accelerate your cardio fitness, strength and weight loss.

CORE

This class is designed to build your strength in the foundation of your body, the core (abdominals, and lower back). A great way to minimize the risk of back injuries and to build the crucial part of the body that everything is based from. It’s also a great way to tone your stomach and midsection.

BOXING / KICKBOXING

An intense cardio workout designed for weight loss, improved strength, co-ordination, and self confidence through self defence. Classes are focused on correct boxing and kicking technique while giving you a fun challenging workout.

CARDIO CONDITIONING

Our Cardio Conditioning class covers a variety of different cardio training techniques with a focus on high intensity intervals of varying lengths. If you’re wanting to lose weight or take your fitness to another level, this class is a must.

25-10-5™

Emperor Fitness’ exclusive training principle: 25 minutes of resistance training, 10 minutes of short, high intensity cardio intervals and 5 minutes of functional stretching and mobility. The most effective and time efficient formula for reshaping your body and getting stronger and fitter.
